Gluten Free Choc Chip Banana Bread

One bowl Choc Chip Banana Bread

You need:

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup melted butter ( I use the left overs to brush the inside of the foil so the banana bread doesn’t stick whilst baking)
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups of GF flour
  • 1/2 cup mini choc chips ( I use the Pana organic dark chocolate)

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees
  • In a bowl mash your 3 bananas
  • add melted butter and combine
  • add sugar, egg, vanilla, baking soda, salt & flour
  • stir until the batter is combined
  • add choc chips
  • Pour into a foil lined & greased tin or a baking paper lined tin
  • add 1/2 a banana across the top for presentation
  • Bake for 40 – 45 mins
